My Journey:

How Keto Keto Kitchen Began and

Why I Share the Message of Health

Keto Keto Kitchen was never “just a business.”
It is a piece of my life — a path shaped by years of pain, healing, research, and hope.
Many people may see a simple Instagram page, a dessert, or a supplement recommendation.
But behind this brand is a personal story — my story — and that story is what brought Keto Keto Kitchen to life.

I am a woman who immigrated to Toronto and started everything from zero.
No big budget.
No team.
No one to guide me.
All I had were my experiences — the hard moments that shaped me — and those experiences became the foundation of this brand.

For years I battled high blood sugar, high cholesterol, unstable blood pressure, chronic pain, and exhaustion.
I was taking almost twenty pills a day just to function.
When the keto lifestyle finally gave me a breath of relief, something changed inside me.
That moment became the spark that later grew into Keto Keto Kitchen — a brand created from struggle, healing, and the desire to help others experience the same transformation.

But after COVID started, everything collapsed again.
I faced brutal fatigue, brain fog, pain, and zero energy.
So the search for answers began once more.

After long research, conversations with specialists, and countless tests, I discovered DonotAge.
Their pure NMN brought me clarity, energy, mental strength, and the physical ability to live normally again.
This wasn’t just a “good product” — it was a lifeline.
And because of that, every product I share on my page is not a trend or a random promotion.
It is a piece of my journey, a solution I fought years to find.

But the truth is:
My business is still very small.
I’m still building a health-focused community in Toronto.
I’m searching for people who truly need support, who want to upgrade their quality of life, and who are looking for real answers — just like I once was.

That is why I introduce healthy products.
That is why I brought DonotAge to my community.
Because it helped me.
And I wanted to share something honest with the people I care about.

But not everyone understands this.
People judge.
People unfollow.
People send negative messages and tell me I “shouldn’t do this.”
They don’t know the years behind my decisions.
They don’t know how hard it was to study medical papers with English as my second language —
highlighting every sentence, searching word by word in a dictionary, fighting to understand what was wrong with my body.
There was no AI back then.
No easy tools.
Just me… searching for survival.

Today I can communicate better.
I can use AI when needed.
I can share my story more clearly.
But still, some people misjudge without knowing the truth.
They walk away without understanding the intention.

Yes — it’s hard.
Small businesses need support.
We need community.
We need people to believe in us so we can continue, grow, and help more individuals find health.

But despite all the negativity, there is one thing that keeps me strong:

If even one person feels less pain for one day…
If one mother has more energy to be present with her child…
If one spouse communicates with more clarity and emotional calm…
If one father can finally see what his children need emotionally…
If one family enjoys a safer, calmer weekend because the mother is not suffering in pain —

then I have reached my goal.

Nothing — no judgment, no unfollow, no negativity — can stand between me and this mission.
Because Keto Keto Kitchen is not just a business.
It is my life’s purpose.
My message.
My commitment to health, healing, and supporting even one person who needs a better day.
