I am the founder of Keto Keto Kitchen. I grew up in Iran, surrounded by the rich, comforting flavors of traditional sweets. But during my teenage years, I began facing serious health challenges—high cholesterol, triglycerides, and signs of insulin resistance. That personal struggle pushed me to search for a sustainable solution. After years of dedicated research, I discovered the ketogenic and plant-free lifestyle, which completely transformed my health and energy.
Keto Keto Kitchen was born from that transformation.
